No Return & No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our designer fashion products and/or made-to-order items, ANNA VO does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and successfully delivered.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Made-to-order, customized, or size-adjusted items

Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events

Products that do not retain original tags, labels, or accompanying accessories

Exceptions (If Applicable)

ANNA VO will only review and provide support in cases where the product:

Has manufacturing defects

Is incorrect in style or size compared to the confirmed order

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item at the time of delivery.

Important Notes

ANNA VO does not offer refunds for items that do not meet the return or exchange conditions stated above.

All requests must be accompanied by clear visual evidence of the product’s condition upon receipt.

ANNA VO’s decision shall be final regarding any return or exchange requests.
