EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may be eligible for an exchange or return according to the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by an unboxing video or photos and the purchase receipt.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products are non-returnable.

  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team before sending it back to confirm availability.

  • The requested item must be available in stock.

  • Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs and any price difference (if applicable).

  • Anna Vo Fashion offers free exchanges only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent.

3. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at support@annavo.fashion with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return authorization from our team.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
