1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Thuý Nga Design offers international shipping to selected countries through our trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Domestic shipping will be shipped via J&T Express.
International shipping will be shipped via DHL Express, Fedx Express.
A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

For in-stock items, preparation may take 3–6 business days before being handed over to the courier.

Estimated delivery time varies by destination and will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

A tracking email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and courier service.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow the delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Anna Vo Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an international parcel is refused or left unclaimed upon arrival, the order will be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund.

We kindly recommend checking your country’s import regulations and possible fees in advance to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
